Ingredients Red chillies, Coriander, Toor Dhal, Bengal gram, Rice, Cumin, Turmeric, Pepper, Poppy seeds, Fenugreek, Anise, Mustard, Asafoetida, Curry leaves Recipe Rajma gravy - In a pressure cooker add 1 cup of rajma[soak it for an entire night if rajma is dry]. Add 2 medium size potatoes, 1 tomato, 2 tbsps sambar powder and 1 tbsp salt. Cook the gravy for 1 whistle. In a pan fry a handfull of small onions along with curry leaves and mustard in oil. Add the rajma gravy to the tadka. Mash the potatoes and bring the gravy to a boil. Top it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice/roti/dosa. FSSAI LICENSED
