Had seen this art print before and thought about getting it for dining area. As a puzzle lover, decided to buy it as a puzzle to make with my partner so it'd be more personal than just a print.As puzzles go this one is a bit challenging. Close up the pieces start to look very similar. You'll need a sharp eye for color to make this less challenging. The powdered spices can be sorted into colors but it gets tough. The textures for stone of the spices made them easy (saffron and the seeds were definitely done first). There is a gradient to the slate background that allows you to sort the top from the bottom. That said, even with 25+ years of being an avid puzzler, there were sections of this thread were assembled by looking for a shape of the slate color pieces and then trying about 6 pieces before finding the right one.I'm highly pleased with the end result, though it is definitely not the dirt of puzzle I'd make again (even if I didn't hang it on the wall - used puzzle presto sticker sheets for that).Difficult but enjoyable. Colors are vibrant and will glue and hang well in my home.I've put other Ravensburgers together, so I know the quality is good. The pieces are easy to fit together and are sturdy. Love the picture, and although it wasn't an easy build, it wasn't extremely complicated either. I enjoy a challenge, but not frustrations. This one was perfect.I’ve been a puzzle addict for years, and this was a great puzzle for me! It was just hard enough to be challenging without being frustrating. The colors were great and the textures on the image are super interesting. While many colors repeat in parts of the image, the texture of same-colored spices is different and it was fun to hone in on those tiny differences. Thoroughly enjoyed this one!!Love it!! Going to hang it up in my kitchen!!!This was a gift to a lady who is very good at jigsaws. She enjoyed the picture and completed sooner than I thought possible. She was very happy with it.This is a beautiful puzzle. A bit challenging. It is three days now we are working on this, but we are almost finished building it. Would definitely buy another Ravensburger puzzle.The pieces are very sturdy with a nice fit however the colors were drab and blah. In my opinion boring because of large areas having the same color and so hours of repeating the same thing. If you would like to try a vibrant and interesting puzzle, Eeboos is the best.I won't be buying a Ravensburger again.The picture composition is very pleasing which is why we bought it.However, the image resolution for a puzzle of this size produces a rather fuzzy image on each individual puzzle piece. Compounding the problem is that the image dynamic range is quite limited. Both these factors mean that it is impossible to take small visual clues to place a piece in the puzzle. For much of the puzzle we were basically working 'blind', repeatedly taking piece after piece to see whether it fit in a chosen place.This suck it and see approach was a dull challenge and not much fun. The puzzle backing is low grade, dusty, card and the repeated 'try then discard' approach has taken it's toll on some pieces, despite gentle handling.Shop around, there are much better puzzles out there at this price bracket.Loved this puzzle. It was a joy to do. Having distinct areas of colour and texture made it easier to complete full sections. Also perfekt um mal abzuschalten, oder im Idealfall nervige Personen sinnvoll zu beschäftigen.I really enjoyed completing this puzzle. Subtle colour changes which make doing the puzzle a real pleasure.
